FOUNDER
Ratender Dhull is a rare hybrid — a trader by practice, and an engineer and AI–robotics expert by training. With a B.Tech in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation and a Master’s in Intelligent Systems & Robotics from the University of Essex, he brings a systems-thinking mindset to the dynamic world of capital markets.
A consistently profitable NASDAQ trader since 2015 and co-founder of Zenithwave Capital — a London-based algorithmic trading and training firm — Ratender has mentored professionals in both discretionary execution and automated strategies.
At Derivion, he is spearheading a new paradigm in trading education — one that is outcomes-oriented, globally accredited, and grounded in real-market execution. He is introducing to India, for the first time, a Tier-1 institutional-grade front-end trading platform that enables trainees to trade at real-time market prices. His mission is clear: to bridge global standards with local talent and shape a results-driven path into modern finance.
